Linux Do Not Have Write Access of NTFS Disks

Well if you are using dual system (Windows + Linux), just disable the fast startup feature in Windows system.

How to disable the fast startup:

Control Panel -> Power Options -> Choose what the power buttons do (from the column on the left) -> Change settings that are currently unavailable -> uncheck "Turn on fast startup"
